MC Connect opens the door to a world of possibilities allowing you to access centralized MCMS data through Microsoft Access, Excel, Crystal Reports, and other popular ODBC compliant packages.
MC Connect includes:
- Server or Client ODBC Drive
- Data Dictionaries for MCMS data files
MCMS data can be exported to allow the creation of windows based spreadsheets and reports. Using an ODBC compliant 3rd party database tool, graphical images (pie charts, bar graphs, pictures, etc.) can also be produced using MC Connect.
Knowledge of Access, Excel, or other 3rd party ODBC related software products is necessary to make full use of MC Connect.
MC Alert monitors key business conditions and generates an e-mail notification when a specific condition (an "Alert") is met. The module includes a standard set of "Alerts", and Compusource can create custom alerts as requested. MC Alert runs unattended, reviewing your company's data and sending notifications whenever action needs to be taken.
