We have a low-cost program available to help identify problems before
they occur, as well as to keep your MCMS system performing optimally.
The Diagnostic System Check is performed quarterly and includes extensive reviews of hardware and software.
Hardware and Operating System
Review includes:

Analyze disk usage

Clear or remove temporary files

Confirm backups are being performed regularly, check for failures and perform test restore

Verify backup procedures and availability of recovery media

Check system log files for errors or warnings

Confirm Server UPS (backup power supply) is operating correctly

Analyze operating system applications check for failed or nonresponsive processes

MCMS Software Checks include:

Check application data for files that are damaged or in danger of reaching maximum capacity

Check the status of quarter-end and year-end processing

Review user security
